I've been in sales and marketing for over 50 years. It all started when I opened my first lemonade stand at the age of five. My talent wasn't fully recognized, however, until I was ten. I started knocking on doors to maintain the grass and yard of the surrounding neighbors. Within a couple of years, I had almost the whole neighborhood as my regular customers.

Whether it's lemons, lawns, or real estate, the elements of success are the same.
